What is HypnoMothering?


HypnoMothering was developed by two hypnotherapists, each a mother of twins. It is a 2.5-3 hour class for Mommy-to-be and New Mom’s. It can be taken either pre-natally or post-natally. How does Hypnosis help with motherhood?

All hypnosis is self-hypnosis and can be used to help with many issues new mom’s face.
HypnoMothering can help with:

  • Rapid Relaxation: Hypnosis provides easy to learn techniques to quickly relax mom’s body while creating mindfulness and balance.

  • Positive Emotional Resources: Quick self-hypnosis techniques allow mothers to tap into positive emotions even on difficult days.

  • Hypnotic Time Distortion for Sleep: Whether you have five minutes or five hours to catch some rest, hypnosis helps your mind and body make the most of the sleep you have.

  • Connection to Baby: Hypnosis helps a mother tune in to her baby and her own natural instincts.
Who is HypnoMothering™ for?

The original HypnoMothering program was created for expectant moms and new moms (meaning a mom who has a child anywhere from one month to 24 months). You can take the workshop while pregnant (pre-natal) or after baby (post-natal).

HypnoMothering helps all you soon-to-be and new moms feel more equipped to handle this amazing, tiring, hard and wonderful job we have as mothers. You will learn how to enhance bonding with baby, leaning into those precious moment.  You'll also learn how to harness your mind-body-connection through hypnosis and can actually feel more rested, despite being up with baby at night.  Being a new mom can sometimes be stressful and anxiety provoking, so we go over techniques to help reduce stress, anxiety and runaway thoughts. This one day workshop comes with eight hypnosis tracks, two of which address sleep!


HypnoMothering can be taken pre or post-natally. It offers an opportunity to be in a supportive group with other mom's, to relax (I will guide you through multiple hypnosis experiences) and to learn new tools to help ease the challenges of motherhood.  My private sessions are $200 for the hour but the entire HypnoMothering workshop is only $150. *If you purchase a package, you will receive a discount.
